MENTAGRAPH Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, a wholly owned consolidated subsidiary of JT) will be exhibiting its Mental Battery service at healthTECH JAPAN 2025 in Pacifico Yokohama, which will be held from October 8th to 10th, 2025.
The Mental Battery service is a stress solution platform that visualizes employees' invisible stress in real time. Through this service, we not only promote breaks based on data, but also promote employees' mental health, which has been difficult to see until now, and help foster a stress-free culture where employees can easily take breaks.
This exhibition will be held jointly with BioJapan 2025 and Regenerative Medicine JAPAN 2025, and will feature comprehensive solutions that utilize healthcare and digital technology and data, with the theme of "Digital Accelerated Life Sciences."

After "Work Style Reform," it's time for "Mental Care Reform"
By wearing "Mentoring," which is equipped with a high-frequency measurement sensor, while at work, the app visualizes the individual's mental state, and a dashboard viewed by managers allows them to understand the mental state of the team.

Employees wear a ring-shaped device called "mentoring," which collects information on their fatigue and stress levels in real time and with high accuracy based on blood flow (pulse rate), sweating, and body temperature.
<Visualization/Alerts>
The dashboard visualizes the mental fatigue and stress levels of individuals and organizations. Team managers can easily check the mental state of their team members and provide prompt mental care, such as understanding the situation based on one-on-one data. It is also possible to grasp the overall state of the team and compare it with other departments. Centralized management of employees' mental states contributes to improved productivity and stronger employee engagement, and helps promote health and productivity management.
<Promoting breaks>
Employees can understand their own mental fatigue and stress levels through a dedicated smartphone app, which automatically notifies them of appropriate break times.
