「働き方改革」の次は「心のケア改革」
The Mental Battery Service is a management support solution that visualizes the invisible stress levels of employees. In the "HR/ES Improvement Solutions Zone" at this exhibition, you will have the opportunity to see how the Mental Battery Service actually measures and expresses mental fatigue levels. By implementing this service, you can foster a culture that encourages breaks by implementing optimal health measures based on data and encouraging daily breaks, rather than simply providing temporary relief. Please stop by our exhibition booth (2G-15) and experience the ring, app, and dashboard of the Mental Battery Service, a next-generation mental health solution that enables data-driven stress level management.

■ About the Mental Battery service ■
The Mental Battery Service quantifies employees' mental fatigue levels as "Mental Battery" and visualizes their condition. By wearing a device equipped with a high-frequency sensor, employees can measure their blood flow (pulse), sweating, and body temperature, providing a real-time understanding of their mental state. The results can then be viewed on a smartphone app or an administrator dashboard. This service enables early detection of employee stress and fatigue, encouraging appropriate breaks and providing personalized care, such as one-on-one consultations. Furthermore, centralized management of employees' mental health across the entire company contributes to improved productivity and strengthened employee engagement, and helps promote health and productivity management.
