Furthermore, by encouraging employees to refresh themselves based on their Mental Battery through the app, employees who have not been taking appropriate breaks due to concerns about how others view them will be reminded to take breaks during work. These mechanisms encourage appropriate breaks throughout the workplace and support the shift to sustainable working styles.
